Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the US only. International shipping isn't available right now — we'd rather open it properly than promise what we can't yet deliver well. When that changes, you'll see it here.
Shipping Cost
- Flat $4.89 per order within the US
- Free shipping on US orders over $75
Processing Time
Every shirt is printed to order, which takes a little time but means no wasted stock. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 days of being placed.
Delivery Times
- Domestic (US): 3 to 5 business days after shipment
Most orders arrive within about 7 days end to end. Business days exclude weekends and holidays, and once your order leaves us, the carrier's in charge of the timeline.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we start printing quickly, there's a short window to change your mind. If you need to edit or cancel an order, email us at hello@anxiousandpawsitive.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your shirt is likely already in production.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the rest of the way home.
Delays
Carriers occasionally take longer than the estimates above — usually fine, just slow. If it's been longer than expected and there's no movement, reach out at hello@anxiousandpawsitive.com. We'd rather you ask than worry.
