What we refund

We offer refunds for:

• The wrong item received
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Email us at hello@anxiousandpawsitive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will sort it out.

What we cannot refund

Because every shirt is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong-size choices. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before you buy and we will help you pick.

Shipping costs

Original shipping is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, we will refund the cost of the item to your original payment method.
