About Us

We are anxious. We have a cat. We made a brand about it.

I have anxiety. I would rather laugh about it than hide it.

A lot of people get anxiety wrong. They think it is silly. They think you can just get over it. That is not how it works. It is something you carry. The trick is to manage it so it does not run your life. My way is to joke about it. When I can laugh at the thing that scares me, it feels a little smaller.

That is the anxious part.

The pawsitive part

A few years ago, my wife found a tiny cat in a truck at her work. We do not know how he got there. He was only a few days old, and his eyes were barely open. She brought him home. Our two boys were so happy.

He was a tuxedo cat, black and white. The kids could not pick a name for a whole week. They called him Speed, because he ran so fast. They called him Oreo, because he was black and white, duh. After a week, they chose Meow Meow. Simple and sweet. I think the poor cat had no idea who he was that week.

Meow Meow was family. He mostly sat in his spot and did his cat things. He was calm, like he knew something we did not.

We had him for two years. Then his heart gave out, and he died that day. It was one of the saddest days of my life.

But we still talk about him. We joke that he is up in heaven, doing crazy stuff with the other cats. And we really believe that. He is still with us. He just has more room to run now.

How it became a brand

That is the whole idea. You learn to laugh at the worry. You keep the cat in your heart. Anxious, and pawsitive.

Every shirt we make comes from that place. The worry. The jokes. The cat who sits there calm while your brain spins. If you have been there, you get it. If you have not, the shirt is still funny.

What we make

We make t-shirts that say what you are really thinking. They are for people who think too much, deal with it by laughing, and love a cat a little too much.

Each shirt is printed when you order it, right here in the US. We print in Florida and Texas. No big piles of stock. No shirts sitting in a box for a year.

What we believe

You are not broken because your brain is loud. You are not silly for feeling it. And a cat, even one you lost, can still be the best part of your day.

Overthinking less. Napping more.
